OHF- Cerberus Code

Cerberus is being used by the "Koreans for United Freedom".

Cerberus was a highly-classified U.S. military protocol and fail-safe device which, when activated via three different access codes being entered could be used to prevent any ICBM missiles from reaching their targets in case any of them were involuntarily launched. The President, the Secretary of Defense and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff were given one code each that would help activating this protocol if ever prompted to. On the other hand, Cerberus was designed as a self-contained, total-isolation system once the codes were entered and the only way to disable the protocol is physically the computer located inside the Presidential Emergency Operations Center.

History Edit

Olympus Has Fallen Edit

Kang planned to use Cerberus to detonate the entire American nuclear arsenal in their silos, which would destroy America and cause most of the country's population to perish. He gave Lim the task of unlocking and inserting every code that they found from the appropriate people every hour. However after he was killed, Cerberus was deactivated when Mike entered the abort command with aid from The Pentagon, saving America.
